Default Replacement Pedal Sets

I completed my first Driver's Ed several weeks ago. Perhaps my greatest weakness was in the area of heel and toe downshifting. I have sat in several vehicles which have larger pedal sets and found it much easier to cover the accelerator and brake pedals at the same time. Any recommendations on a replacement pedal set including manufacturer, model, or material (carbon fiber, aluminum, etc.) would be greatly appreciated.

I bought mine from here:

AUTOVATION

Very nice set and the price was good since there was a Rennlist group buy a while ago. I liked them so much, I also put them in my daily driver. Picture is from my S2 below.

Cheers,

I'm not a big fan of the bolt-on-top variety. Does anyone make true adjustable aluminum pedals?

Yes, the 944 does not have the ideal pedal placement. You truly have to use your heel and toe to do your downshifts. I've adjusted my technique. Keep practicing!

Rennline has an adjustable gas pedal, costs an arm and a leg - I really like their pedals though.

Semi related: I plan to just buy new rubber pads for my brake and clutch pedals. They are $5 at the dealer (gives me a chance to check out the new Porsche scene).

My pedal tops seem loose...I can move them side to side, and they make clicking noises when I step off them. Can the tops be tightened?

I believe the Audi TT pedal covers are the same size FYI...never tried them, just heard.

I like those pedals but I'm curious to see if you can bolt up RUF pedals up to our 944s..I really like theirs.

Guys, the 944 is just fine for heel/toe. Most people who complain about it just need to work harder at it and that goes for most cars today as well.
