Exhaust leak & Emissions

Will an exhaust leak ( before cat ) affect emissions ????

Just curious, I believe I have one and going for hopefully the last test tomorrow.

Yes, I believe it will still affect emissions. Get it welded up, there's no reason not to anyway.
