I'm curious who makes the 17" phone dials? I've been looking for a 17 pd for some time. Looks like the perfect sleeper 951 wheel to fit decent brakes under.

Rusty -

Found them in Canada, and you're right - they're effectively subtle as 17's. Very attractive and they stimulate a lot of conversation.

Here's the company website:

https://www.augmentwheels.com/

The product is excellent, price wasn't offensive, but the customer service (in my limited experience) was dodgy. Prickly even. It's entirely possible that I chose to ask questions/purchase on a bad week.

If you wanted to make a more emphatic statement - Rotiform makes 18" dials. They look amazing too.

Default I LIED

OK -

Each time I'm in the car the thought "wish we extended the dash treatment to the doors." This goes on for a month before the car was returned to the upholsterer to do the work. Should've done it to start with!

At any rate, here are some pictures of the progress.

Also - the exterior is undergoing some paint correction, and the engine is being detailed. I'll try to post pics of that as well.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Default Founders Day 2023

If you'd like to see the car, it's been registered at the Peoples Choice car show at this years Founders Day event in Grapevine, TX at the Porsche Dealer. December 9th, beginning at noon. The car will be there unless there's rain.

It is a really fun event, lots of free food/drink and of course all the cars!

They'll have the event rain or shine, but this isn't getting driven in inclement weather!

Here are the details:

Well -

It's been a great week.

Car came back from the detail shop, paint REALLY pops now. A+. The engine bay was also detailed.

Xtich used their 3D printer to make an 'Outlaw' badge for the car.

Last - the car earned some hardware today at Founders Day in Grapevine, TX.
