This is kinda off topic but its about 2 am here in cali and I was watching Carleton Sheets' real estate infomercial and something unexpected happened. They started talking about how one can become a millionaire by using the program and they start showing the usual big house and fine chick inside it and THEN this old guy pulls up in none other than a Guards Red 951. It was great. Just thought id share.

My mom is a long time real estate broker (upwards of 20 years) and just for grins a couple of years ago, she ordered his program to see what it really was all about since it was fully refundable. She said a lot of what he recommends could get a licensed realtor in a heap of legal trouble and is pretty borderline as far as ethical concerns. Just something to keep in mind if anyone actually was thinking about ordering it.

Good to see that someone still has ethics in business! Just because it's legal and you can get away with it doesn't mean it's ethical or nice...
