Default Help 944 distributor rotor adapter???

I am in the process of installing a rebuilt 944 motor into a track car I recently purchase. I am now trying to install the distributor and rotor on the engine and I just found out that the new rotor I got has doesn't install because it looks like I am missing item #26. The 944 parts listing doesn't show #26 as a standalone purchase. A search for 944 602 901 00 #12 on the diagram, comes with a mix of vague results. It looks like I can get a $150 rotor (ouch) that might have this adapter. Does anybody here know where I can get #26? Does anyone have one that they would like to part with?

Thanks, Tom

I've purchased those on EBay, and have also seen them on 944Online.

I would email plyhammers parts to see if they have a used one they can sell you, then I would install a new rotor on that. This piece isn't listed on their website but I am sure they must have something.

Facebook groups ("Porsche Parts Group 944 951 968" and "Porsche 944 Parts For Sale/Trade Group") may also yield some responses. Note re facebook: only pay for things through paypal and do not send money as friends and family, or pay through FB messenger
