If it's the same car as in your avatar, that's quite a "makeover." Congratulations! I really like the choice of wheels and color. The early cars have a cool look that is becoming harder to find.

Now you just need a new Porsche emblem and you're in business.

EDIT: I meant your previous avatar. Is it the same car???

it was a local shop in Pittsburg called Russos. it was just about 5K, but at least half of that price was body work because we had them work out all of the dents.

PM JerryW for more details, if you dont mind driving a bit to get there

That color looks damn nice on an early - mine is the dark silver / grey now and although I've always said that any non-original color is going to look stupid, I'm almost wondering what it might be like to have your color accented with some of the grey. . . maybe some playing in photoshop to be done soon. . .

Nice job, how'd they do on the details (door jambs, seals, hatch, wheel wells, sides, etc.)?

they only had to do one door jamb, the other one was pretty good, the hatch and wheel wells are perfect the seals were masked i think becuase if you look closly you can see the two colors dont match exactly. They even put new rock guard on the bottom of the sides AND the bottom of the front valence

You could just put the badge gasket in a bucket of hot water, then it would stretch, then put in around the badge and it will shrink back to the badges size when it cools down. Just a little tip
