1. Does anyone have the lower part of the exhaust manifold?
2.What size sways do 87's have? What's the best size to upgrade to?
3. I also got an intake manifold for practically nothing, any advantages to opening up the ports on that as well as the exhaust manifold?

I can help with 3 a bit. You can get a bit of an increase in HP by port matching your head and intake manifold...basically you take out the gaskets, draw on them with paint to get the outline of the ports on both sides, clamp the manifold back down, then trace the port on the head onto the manifold, grind it to match, and button it back down. These cars are pretty precisely made, so you may not see too much of an improvement, but on a car like an rx-7, you can find 15 HP by doing this.

You can see gains from doing it right, i.e having it cut and matched an rewelded. Otherwise, no, not really. Problem on these cars is not so much air flow but poor distribution of it.
