FINALLY!!!!! Just about an hour ago I found my issue. I removed the accessory belt connected to the alternator and AC compressor and viola... it runs like normal. Or so it did. I parked it in my driveway, and now when I try and start it, it starts, idles, and then dies when I touch the gas pedal. Vacuum leak maybe? I'm not sure what caused the sudden change.

Have you taken a look at the TS-01 on Clark's Garage? Here's the link, if not: http://www.clarks-garage.com

The 2nd thing listed to look at, after the DME temperature sensor is vacuum leaks. It says to inspect all hoses but, in your case, maybe you have something else going on at the intake manifold.
