You don't need the water in the super soaker to wash the car. Only for the final rinse.
Deionized water is what detailers and dealerships use. The minerals that leave the water spots are removed from the water (via ion exchange or reverse osmosis), so it doesn't leave anything behind when it dries.
Use that for your final rinse and you won't need to worry about spots. If you happen to miss a section, hit it with a "Quick Wax" spray and wipe, and viola. No need to spend 40 mins with the chamois!
