Can anyone recommend a Porsche salvage yard in the Chicago or Minneapolis area? Looking for a replacement transaxle for my late 944.

There used to be a late 944 at Harper's Salvage in Wisconsin Dells. I bought the left rear quarter off it, maybe they've crushed it by now.

Or I have one from a 85.5 in my garage, unknown miles, unknown condition, came with a parts car.

You could contact Roger at Retro Automotive in Claremont, NH. He has a ton of them. Stored inside, climate controlled warehouse . Website on Google. HTH some.
