... You all have been PM'd concering the GTG. Anybody else that is interested is welcome to come!

Keven Dubois and his brother have expressed interest also. There is a possibility (if they have the time) to have it up there way near Holland/South Haven. If not there are plenty of places on the lake that we could have it either in St. Joe (Silver beach), Warren Dunes or New Buffalo beach (unsure right now which would be better).

For now the date is set for May 30th with a start time of 12:30 - 1:00 (Michigan time)

I'm thinking something like a grill out at a picnic area and some photo op's at the beach and then some spirited driving!!!

So let the planning begin.

I can't do it on the 15th, but the 25th is possible. I have to come to MI next weekend and Memorial Day weekend anyway. What's one more trip? Lemme know

 

15th, ill be down in dixie running the crap out of the blue ridge mountians.
(and hopefully in a rebuilt nine dozen).

Hoffman, you're welcome to come. Looks like we got 2 no's for the 15th, so I'm leaning toward the 29th. The 29th actually works out for me best.

If I've forgotten you and you'd like to come, please reply to this post. THis is not an exclusive invite by any means. Even if the Porsche is out for repairs, you're still welcome.

Hey, im just starting to get into the porsche thing(yet i dont own one yet) but i will be living in the South Haven/St Joe/GR area in a week or two(depends on the job thing) so, if u dont mind, i may show up. There is also Van Buren State Park about 5 miles south of town in South Haven. There is tons of space, you can BBQ, and there is TONS of parking

Today I watched a rusted mid 90s blazer with some chrome 20s [read gaudy and VERY ghetto] lose one of them and vear into the sidewalk.

Yes i see things that should not need to be seen.

Well to Sawyer, MI its about 200 miles from Indy, so its a definate possibility, I really wouldnt want to drive any further though. Im guessing this would just be a day thing correct?

 

Yeah, just a day thing. Sam, your welcome to come and crash the night before or something if the drive is a bit much (if you decide to make the trip). Like Dan, I have plenty of floor space!
