Default Need Diagnosis Help - Muffled Staccato from Right Front(?) Only at Low Speed - Ideas?

It's just started. I have noticed it twice so far at very low speed as I cruised through a parking lot searching for a spot. I could slightly hear it over the radio and on turning it down it still sounds sort of muffled, like it's behind the firewall or under the floor.

It almost sounds like bubbles in the cooling system..but I'm pretty sure it isn't. It's not regualrly spaced, that's why I am using the term "staccato".

I did recently have the TBelt, Waterpump, BS Belts, Front Seals, etc done and swapped in a new coolant overflow tank. But I think that is working fine. No overheat or raised temp issues at all. The system is "burped".

Wondering if it could be a suspension problem, but that wouldn't be intermittent, would it? Ideas?

- Power steering / generator belt?
A "wet" spot on the belt or the pulley can cause sounds like that
(so can a bad roller in the cam - or balance shaft belt!!)
- Brake pad "hanging" or maybe the caliper, or a corrosion lip on the rotor?

Does it gets worse when taking a turn? If so: in both directions or just one?
Does it go away when weaving? (like the F1 guys do when at their warm up lap to heat up the front tires)
If yes, them brakes get more suspect
If gone when at stand still it will be brakes or suspention, but that is obvious.
