The wheels have an et of 55 on the front w/ a very small spacer, 1/4 inch.
the rears have an et of 50 and are using an 1.5 inch spacer to bring them all the way out to the fender......

Ian,
I'm interested in your car. I live in Montana but have a good friend in Raleigh that would do a PIP on the car.

Please contact me at "rockhifi@mt.net"

I am the local PCA region president and I'm serious about finding this kind of car.

"I do really like the wheels, they are some of my favorite 17's you can get for the '44s."

I wholeheartedly agree... the looks always impress me when I see the pics (yours I will be saving by the way)

"...a long time to be with out a sports car, but I'll get over it."

...HOW?!?! I'd die now that I own Lorelei. I was content before with driving the average 15-18 y.o. beaters before and mooching rides off of friends and, even better, customers at the shop, lol. But now that I have the 951, I am still so tickled that I get bigger grins from her then I did all the cars before except one. AND she's mine to take home!!

I have two things tiding me over till I put another sports car in the garage.

1) My Daily driver is actually a lot of fun, 1996 GTI VR6, it might not have 951 pace, but the sound of the narrow angle V6 is really something else, and the chasis with the H&R cup kit is quite firm and enjoyable in the twisty bits.

2) I'm thinking for the future, the reward of a 1992 911 Turbo down the road is enough to keep me at bay for now.

good deal... well you might not have a sports car, but your daily driver is definitely "sporty" enough to hold you over. The GTi's are very fun cars, I agree.

The GTI will have to do for now, but who knows how long it will take to sell the 951, so I may be able to drive it around the block from time to time while its for sale.....

But that would mean I would need street tires, so those boxster S wheels w/ R compounds might be up for sale before too long....

Do a search for ICESHARK, the kit was put together by him, the headlights are incredible, much better than the stockers. And if I could I would find a way to keep them for my next 951, but its all part of the package for now.....

Do you have pictures of the interior and engine bay? My dad is currently looking for a 951.

These are the best pics I have right now, but the engine bay has been slightly changed, now the headers are ceramic coated, and the cam cover has been painted in a red that almost matches the car. And then all the things you can't see, like fresh vac lines, spark plugs, headgasket, etc.....

More pics will be taken in 9 days when I pick her up.....
