Wgere they've been removed the outer bearing race IS still attached. I hope the new owner will remember to remove them!

Duh the outer race is still on them, and of course the new owner will remove them because they can't be installed otherwise.

New owner just might pull the outer race off when he pulls the old hubs. Hope the race on these hubs are ground the same.
