Fuchs with what tires?
Im looking at picking up 16" Fuchs 7/8s from pelican and I was wondering what tires you guys would recommend. I was looking at the pilot sport 4s tires but they are a little more than I would like to spend on tires (especially because of the staggard set)

There are a few N spec tires, but they're pricey. Plenty of other options as well. Read the reviews and specs to find what's right for you.

If I could get the Pilot Sport 4S tires for my 968, I would certainly do so. However, Michelin doesn't make the rear size for the 968. For the 944, I have usually run Potenzas. Will have to replace next year, so will research that when the time comes.

Just this weekend I purchased Continental Extreme Contact Sport summer tires for my 85/2 944 with 86 Turbo wheels, sizes 205/55 and 225/50 from Americas Tire. Paid 587$ out the door after 2 rebates (717$ list minus 70$ Continental rebate minus 60$ Synchrony rebate). Happy so far but only have 5 miles on them.

I believe I will go with the pilot sport 4s' because they seem to provide the best performance for a pretty darn cheap price (according to tire rack). Are these the right sizes for the 7/8 16" Fuchs? -
- Front: 205/55ZR16
- Rear: 225/50ZR16

Those are the correct sizes.
I had the pilot4s on my v70r and they did not hold up at all. The steering feel was also not the best. I now have continental dws06+ on the same car and like them a lot better. Just thought I would throw that out there.
My phone dials had had a set potenza re760 sports and I loved them. Wonderful tire, but I think they discontinued them.
