Rennlist limits the size of the avatar to 200 x 200 pixels. In this case you can have a bit taller avatar as it is the width that is critical.

Go to www.download.com and search for Paint Shop Pro. This has one of the most direct resizing tools I've seen. I use PSP for most of the basic image set ups only going into Adobe to do the hard core stuff.

Maybe one of the Adobe users could brighten the image a bit. Bring the shadows up to show the 944.
