FCP Euro a good website?
Hi all, I'm looking at some parts for my 944 and I wanted to know if any of yall have purchased anything from FCP Euro? Some of the parts that I'm looking at are the same price if not cheaper than on pelican parts; however, they don't charge shipping on orders over $50. So good or bad?

Yes, I use them regularly. Lifetime warranty on parts and they actually honor it. I sent back 3 year old wiper blades recently and they replaced them no questions asked. I'll do the same with coil packs when they eventually fail, but all good thus far. If you search you will find that many folks on this forum purchase from them with good results.

I started using them about when I started converting my 931 over to Microsquirt... agree with the comment above about doublechecking part #s, but I've been very happy with both prices and quality. Using them more and more...

Very good site. If they have a part I buy it from them, due to the lifetime warranty.

I'm a regular online German parts shopper, Porsche, BMW, and Audi/VW. I'm located on the west coast.
My experiences:
Pelican's prices are maybe a little higher? Even tho they're closer, I seldom order. Probably worth a better look!
AutoHaus AZ: Usually good pricing, sometimes not, and not always prompt shipping. They're close, but deliveries don't generally arrive any sooner than from back east.
ECS: Usually good pricing and seem to have a large in-stock inventory. Prompt shipping.
FCP Euro: Usually my go-to. I like the lifetime warranty, but haven't used it. Good pricing, frequently better the ECS, but sometimes delays in the shipping as they accumulate your parts. Th free shipping is sometimes slooooooooooooow.
I'll occasionally order from random websites and ebay, but that depends on what I feel the odds of receiving counterfeit goods are.
It's just a little suspicious when a brand new set of Made In Germany lifters are shipping from China.

I’ve had good experience with them getting replacements under warranty on damaged CV axles. Timeliness of communication wasn’t the greatest... but I wouldn’t have any reservations about using them again.
I will say that if the price is comparable... Pelican is my standard “go to.” Their technical articles have been invaluable... and I’m happy to support them for that. I’ve rebuilt most of my car from them. Unless the price is way out of whack... which it sometimes is.
I’ll also add a plug for Ian at 944online. Nowhere near the selection... but fast shipping, fair prices and a super helpful guy.

Actually 944online has a vast selection beyond what their website offers. They also can typically get hard to find parts such as rubber grommets that most other distributors don't carry. Although Steve and Ian are a small shop, they offer great service, especially when you do regular business with them. They even rebuild torque tubes!; a job I never want to do again...

And don’t forget Rock Auto. They generally have a variety of options to choose from, from OEM to cheapo Beck-Arnley remans. Just got a Gates Racing belt from them for $50 less than all the other sites (except AZ Autohouse)
