Why is it that 944 Online, Ians Euro Parts, and Rennbay are all the same company?

I am just curious why there are so many different names for what appears to be one company?

Well, let me rephrase that. Rennbay is different. Ian's changed it's name to 944online. Sorry for the confusion.
