Default Toe-in adjuster in Chicago area?

Anyone in Chicago area have a toe-in adjuster that I can borrow or purchase? I'd leave a $25 deposit as collateral.

All that is needed is two wrenches. The toe is adjusted by turning the outer tie rod further in or out.

Rear doesn't actually need the special tool either, but it makes life easier.

Thank you for the reply. Looks like you two disagree with the posts that indicate that an alignment requires the toe-in adjuster.
