How much should I expect to pay for a set in good condition?

Yes, the group buy for a brand new set including everything needed to install them, was $198 bucks before shipping. And it was from Sunset parts.
Highly unlikely you will find a USED set.
I think Sunset's non-group buy price was around $220 - $250 bucks.
FYI: Jeff was saying he was having trouble getting the springs for the handles, and that he was buying up all the stock from his supplier.

I ordered some at the group buy price on March 10th. I ordered the 968 mirrors too but Jeff was waiting on the glass before he shipped.
The door handles were $194 and the mirrors were around $370.
