The reason I haven't posted the name and have just sent out PM's is because I haven't gotten my money back yet. I'm not trying to act like a little kid and talk about someone behind their back(even though that's how it looks), I just didn't want someone to stumble across this publicly till the situation is somewhat resolved. Plus I don't want to start a slamfest because this guy is known as being reputable. Maybe I jumped the gun in posting but I was pretty upset and had to vent.

i guess i understand about getting your money back. still, i think it sucks when our complaints have to go on in secret, but our compliments are widely heard. bad experiences should be just as publicized as good ones.

Screw this PMen shet. Post the name of the vendors. You too Tifo. If a vendor is going to be an a$$ like that, they deserved to be bashed. There is no excuse for that. What happened to customer service?

I just got the PM with the vendors name and I had a similar experience with the same vendor last year. Last Spring I ordered some parts from him that I needed to get my car running for the summer. I ordered them either the first or second week of March can't remember exactly. Anyways I had him rush (to Canada) so I could get them within two weeks(paid extra for the shipping). So many phone calls later it was the second week of may and no parts. So he said I could order the parts elsewhere and return them for a full refund when I got them. So by the end of may they finally came and I sent them back. He denied ever getting them and would not give me my money back. So I was out and still am out 200 bucks. I will never ever do buisness again with that crook!!! I hope you have better luck than me with getting your money back

By the way, I Order the parts the second time from Whale Tail Parts, got them three days after calling them. I highly reccomend them

I think we need a complaint department thread about vendors, and a PRAISE department thread for vendors!

Dsillas and Tifo, can I get a PM also? Sounds like a pretty sorry way to do business.

Tim, that penguin is killer.

Julie, I agree. On a motorcycle forum that I get on there is a Hall of Fame and Page of Shame for good and bad vendor posts.
