Default EBAY: Example of Wrong offset wheels?

I believe this to be a prime example of what happens when one puts early offset wheels on a late offset car(S2). Am i correct?

What some people do to these cars...

i bet he made h's out of wood to stick inbetween teh spring coils to keep them from hitting.

better yet in the back, he probably replaced the shocks with steel rods.. "that'll hold er off dem rims yo"

Hydralics would solve that problem, we could replace the whole rear hatch with giant speaker too. Add a little gold plating and were all set.

unfortunatly the wheels i got on ebay have a simalar look. they are the BBS meshes..... got my VRs mounted and put them on and they hit the brakes. i used .25" spacers and now they stick out a little terrable.
they shoulda fit from an 80's 930.
