Yes, to clarify, this is something being loosely organized by Carsten, head tech/safety guy for OVR PCA. It's going to be fairly low-key. It's intent is to for a bunch of like-minded, mature Porsche enthusiasts to get together and hang out, talk about cars, and share ideas. What Carsten does not want is a huge gathering of import tuners and muscle cars, so be selective who you tell about this.....if things get outta hand, it will die as quickly as it got started.

Thanks for the clarification Tifo. I appreciate it. I jut knew I had the base information on this.
The way I think- the more p-cars (with enthuiast owners) the better.

Yeah .. if people who like to rag race and bring ( THE MAN) creeping around..show up it will be halted
this will not be the place for it. We want to portaray a good image....
it's for a good time and P-car talk..
not a ricer drag / out party.. I would hate to have it snuffed out before it can even become a good thing.
So We'll see ya soon!!!

I will be there, so that I can drive Petey home after he hands over his car to you for the bodywork.

I may or may not be in a Porsche, depending on whether or not my week-long alignment session is done by tomorrow. If not, I'll be in the Pathfinder.

Is this a P-car thing only, or can I arrive in my "sled-de-jour"? After this weekend the 951 decided to go back into hibernation for a few more weeks.
Chris-924/ please give me a call sometime. We have bought a house and will be moving to West Chester/Liberty Twp. on June 1. House is in Welbourne Manor ( next to St. Max Church on Ham. Mason Rd). Havn't been involved with PCA for about 5 years, and am looking forward to getting back in the swing. I regretfully sold my 911 and took a few years off to go SCCA racing. What a mistake! Should have saved myself a lot of misery and done the PCA club thing instead.-either way, car racing is done. Have moved to shifters instead.-Much cheaper, much faster, much more exciting, and much more accessable.

I will be there as well in the 968, hopefully I can dial in a little more of the ride heights before tomorrow.

S. Kuwatch, you can arrive in a non-P-Car. We want to keep this on the down-low with the non-P-Car crowd as to make sure it does not turn into the cruise in events by Forest Fair a few years ago that turned into a burn out zone for the ricers forcing the cops to shut it down. This is for P-car enthusiests to get together, talk cars, have some fun, go in and race at D&B, etc. Hopefully it will be here to stay all summer and through fall.

I'm the last 59 year old that would do the ricer thing. The "sled-de-juor" is a business cargo van, so it will actually help dilute the possible effects of several Porsches gathering at one spot, at one time.
