Question Is this a 968, or a 951, or both?

Saw this posted on Seb's site, it states that it is a 951 with a 968 rear bumper. But upon closer inspection, the rear quarter windows sure look like 968 windows. So I think it is a 968 with a 951 front end (which is usually the reverse of what you see happen). What do you think? (pardon the large pics)

I'd say it's either the elusive 958 or a 951 with 968 rear quarters and bumper grafted on. According to the guys on the 968 board there are too many structural differences to put a 951 front clip on a 968.
What's up with the exhaust cutout?

You don't like the look of the 951 front???

On second look i like how it's the outcast of the group, its surrounded by dark color 911's and boxsters...

Looks like it was possibly rear ended, the bumper is rounded in just next to the exhaust opening!

It's got no 944 hatch keyhole in the back, unless someone filled it (?). It really looks like from the doors-back it is a 968, maybe it was a 968 that was totalled in the front, mated to a 951 that was totalled in the rear?

I like it. I like the 951 front end, and I like the 968 rear. It's like a Porsche Reeses Cup.

Finally- a truly "rare" guards red car..

I like it.. I always liked the 968 updating on the rear.
