I have a china turbo radiator on my track car. I made a new bottom bracket and welded it in to fit and got a stock turbo fans and shroud. The plastic fitting drain is on the top side. I tapped it for a 1/4" NPT and put a barb in it for the small air breather to the tank.

Only a few auto x and a track day with no issues so far.

@Dan Martinic This radiator is available everywhere for under $400, no need to pay Porsche prices as the OE manufacturer NRF is stocked by many aftermarket vendors.

I remember finding that the fit of the radiator on my early 944 was tight. Since it was a track car, I whacked the bottom side fixed sheet metal out and put in a robust bolt up piece. Just saying, as you venture into off brand products, you may find the fitment to be challanging. As someone else noted, the one you show in the picture does not seem to have the fitting for the small bleed line to the overflow tank nor do I see a fitting for the thermostat. At least not in the correct locations (not sure what those bungs on the right hand side is for. Every modification you have to do is a chance for screw ups. As they say, the memory of the money you save will not compensate for the grief you may endure.

The photo says it all. This radiator has issues, one is the diameter size of the water connections directly to engine. The standard hoses won't fit on at least one fitting, need to add a spool piece with hose to fit the hose on the undersized radiator connection.
