Default 996 TT Calipers are mounted up

Well because of some other issues I didn't get to take a test drive but I did get my 996 TT calipers, 345mm x 35mm rotors, 968 Caster blocks, and complete 87 951 front suspension installed.

Wheels are 993 OEM cups, 8 inches wide in front, and 9's in the back...

ahh no need for brake envy,

S4 calipers are more than capable, but like most things I do I tend to go a bit over board......

Ian - snag a close up of the wheel, showing how large the rotor is in relation to the inside of the wheel if possible, please.

Oh yeah, and paint those wheels, the anthracite looked too good on the other set.

Matt i'll get a picture for you either later today, or tomorrow.

The 13.5 Inch rotor does take up a good portion of the available space, but I would say you could take it up to a 14 inch rotor or so......

These are custom adaptors / custom rotors, so its not quite as bolt on as 993 TT calipers / 964 Turbo Rotors....

SeaCay,

The custom bits are an adaptor (much like those used for big red kits, but diffent specs), and the custom 2 piece rotor.

To reproduce these parts one would need the specs, pics wouldn't do much good, and besides the wheels are on the car so taking pictures would have to wait anyway.

Got any close ups of the brakes installed under the wheel?

Here ya go....

Yes they are grooved, these rotors won't be on the car that long, there was a casting flaw in these causing the odd wear.....
