strange noise under the dash

Question strange noise under the dash
This is a quick one. What is mounted under the passenger side dash that would make a squealing noise? Sounds like an elec motor. when I push on the dash it stops. very strange.

Don't talk about hamsters. They are the devil. My kids' hamster got away last week for the nth time and cut the telephone line, I swear to god.

Hmmmmmmmm, I guess I'll start ripping and tearing. It is so strange, When I first start the car it squeals then I'll lightly rap on the dash and it quits....???
