I built the car for club racing in prepared "H" class. I bought it last January and co-drove it with my wife for DE's last year, and a few this year, and I just completed my first club race with it at Road Atlanta. H is a sparse class, and I came in 2nd. I think it will be competitive. I need to learn a few things about racing, and hone my driving skills a bit - so I should be in for a fun ride!
I've rebuilt and upgraded just about everything. The best addvice is to pick a race program (PCA, NASA-GTS, etc), and then start building the car toward the rule book. PM me is you'd like more info.
