Luis - was the lack of Porsche script in the rear, factory, or a result of a paint job?

No idea why it doesn't have it, but I like it better this way!

your car looks good - do you drive it in DE or PCA club racing or what? I am interested in eventually turning my 944S into a DE car or club racer, but am curious as to what type of mods put me into what category. for instance, will installing fiberglass bumpers or 400# springs throw me into a competitive category? what mods have you done to your car and is it competitive in your class?

Joseph -
I built the car for club racing in prepared "H" class. I bought it last January and co-drove it with my wife for DE's last year, and a few this year, and I just completed my first club race with it at Road Atlanta. H is a sparse class, and I came in 2nd. I think it will be competitive. I need to learn a few things about racing, and hone my driving skills a bit - so I should be in for a fun ride!
I've rebuilt and upgraded just about everything. The best addvice is to pick a race program (PCA, NASA-GTS, etc), and then start building the car toward the rule book. PM me is you'd like more info.
Good Luck -
Jack
