Default Carrillo, Pauter or Other Rods?

I am trying to decide on rods for my 3.0 liter project (968 block, Mahle low compression pistons, 8 valve head, stock cam, 6500 redline).

Anyone have any opinions or experiences to share re rods? Carrillo vs. Pauter? Others rods?

I put Pauter in my 93 RSA and they worked fine. The rods came with teh correct number sequence for instalation. On the flat 6 they go in by order of weight front to rear. Also no 2 rods varried by more than 2 grams.

Alan, I am currently starting a business called Rennspeed Racing, we are going to be manufacturing fiberglass/kevlar/carbon fiber street/racing bodypanels for the watercooled Porsches as well as branching out into the air cooled cars. I have just started a real job at a CNC machine shop, this has opened all kinds of doors to manufacture metal performance parts. The shop I work at currently has the ability to machine titanium and I am currently working on some really neat products to start producing.

Anyway, not sure how fast this is all going to happen, but my main goal is to provide quality parts at significantly lower prices than what is currently available.
