Default Getting the car back & 48hr Road Trip

Ok, here's the deal. Gonna finally bring the car back out for spring in a couple weeks & I'm ordering 'parts' for it right now. Anyways the car has sat in one spot since Mid-October and I was wondering what you all reccomend I do to it for a spring service? Car has ~110k on the clock. New belts, rollers & water pump as of last year, along with distributer, spark plugs, etc. (~3000 miles on all above)

Here's part two of the deal. About 3 weeks after I bring it out I'm driving it from NY to Flordia (and back, 48hrs of driving total), and was wondering what all you guys reccomend specifically for this trip (good spares to have on hand).

End result, here's what I have on my list (ignoring vehicle-specific issues like new tires):

Basic Maitenance:
Oil Change/Filter
Fuel Filter
Transmission Fluid
Coolant Flush (Is this a yearly or every-other task?)
Brake/Clutch Flush

Trip Specific:
Iceshark Full-Boat kit (hehe, for the fun of it)
DME Relay (one for the glove box)
A whole crapload of CD's

Also, what is a reccomended technique for priming the oil pump for the first start this spring? (I will have a 3 minute drive from the storage shed to my house where I can perform the oil change). Would it be adequte to just run the starter for a couple seconds without the DME relay in?

Also, anyone got a quality Radar detector I could use for the trip? I would just need to borrow it for the first week in April.

The list looks good to me, check your other belts, coolant hoses and check the fuel lines for cracks. Good luck with the trip!

Actually I'm replacing the fuel lines with some SS ones as part of that "vehicle specific" stuff. They really don't need it, yet, but it's kinda a cosmetic upgrade as well.

Yeah, I'll probably give it a good once over as well just to see if there's anything obvious I'm missing. Also my mechanic gives a 'free' (as in he's looking for more work) PPI-type inspection with your state inspection. Really actually a nice deal as he's a great guy & very honest.
