Have you checked your hose connections ? or the hose itself ?

Take a flashlight and drop it in the driver side footwell. Turn the lights out or do this at night and pop open your hood.

Look in the vicinity of where the clutch master cylinder attaches to the firewall. You may have a stress fracture in the firewall that is busting your clutch cylinders.

I had this problem and it was solved by riveting a 1/4" steel plate to the firewall, custom cut to fit the brake booster and clutch cylinder.

If it's really leaking brake fluid inside the car. If it's leaking from the boot again, pull the boot back slide under the dash get as close as you can to the cylinder and wiggle the pushrod. The pushrod should wiggle with no preload on the cylinder. It can be cked by turning the adjuster out just until freeplay is gone, then in about 1/2 turn so you are certain there is no preload. Well, something to try hope it helps.good luck!

Did you bleed it with a pressure bleeder or by pedal pumping? It's possible to damage the seal if you push the pedal too far the first couple of times until resistance is felt. If the cylinder is rebuilt it may have had ridges from previous rod travel. The Motive PB will eliminate the chance of seal damage unless you get past 15psi.

Bleed it through the slave bleeder only after preload is removed.
