i personally didn't think it was the round light that made your latest lenses look funny, i thought it was the dark dark black part of the lense that made it look weird. i still think they look really good, i just want to see how they would look on the car. what if you made the black part of that lense smoked instead, that would probably look sick!

yeah, i just looked at the pic again and i definitely don't think they look bad. i don't know how you did that, but if you could do it with smoked, instead of really dark, i think that would be sweet. just an idea. i'll be getting one of the sets either way.

Does all clear along the top creat a problem because of the break light? Because that would look awesome. Maybe a bulb made of those bright red led's would suffice?

Look at the pic on the first page of this thread with the break light on..THat was with a red bulb and the red bottom and clear top...Much brighter than stock...If not, I can repost those pics, of the two in comparison, new vs old brake light...

Damian - your work looks really nice. Are you still planning on doing a kit for the DIY guys?

They are already offered by another rennlister, Im sure at this point considering the volume of cars we are talking about that it would not be worth his time to enter that market. The rear tailights are the same for all years while the front has sidemarkers and also a 944 specific lens and a 951/S2 specific lens. Complicates things a little bit more. (my .02)
