Well the k27/8 is a big turbo and it came make big hp, I can't speak for the car, but if done right I would think those sort of crank HP figures wouldn't be out of the question...
But with me I like to see dyno plots to prove the hype...

Yeah I agree on the BS call. That thing looks rough at best. And if the lister built it up I guess he is a dealer as there are those dealer mats on the pass side and that tag on the key looks too damn new.

the motor dynoed 375 RWHP, at 1.2 bar boost, on dyno sheet, it is now set a bit more conservative at 1.0 bar, with the K27, #8, it is a big turbo,
compared to the stcok one, chips, o-ring head, and cheated waste gate,
approx. 300RWHP, 375 to the crank, Alan
