DME Relay socket question
I am in the process of rewiring my race car and am eliminating the fuse box under the hood in place of a new fuse/relay panel I am fabricating for the interior of the car.
I am trying to figure out how to install the DME relay, is there an aftermarket source for a prewired socket for the relay to plug into or do I need to fabricate one?

You don't need a socket, just mount the relay to sheet metal in the most reasonable place via a sheet metal screw and the metal bracket most come with and use female blade connectors.
Simplistic color coded harness and that's a wrap.

BTW, you can separate the function and isolate just the fuel pump.
Mount that relay in the rear seat area.
While wiring DME and Fuel, keep in mind the function of the mandatory "safety kill switch" and you can easily plan ahead.
If you use a "N0" normally open additional oil pressure circuit switch, you use this as your relay "on" ground source, making sure the fuel pump will stop in the event of a crash that kills the engine and prevent some of the chance of fire.
This can also save an engine, or at least limit the damage in the event that you lose oil pressure.
