Default mystery connector

Porsche 951: Anyone know where this plug is supposed to go (if at all)? it's hanging right above the DME ECU.

I had asked the same thing a while back; apparently, it's something that was put in for a future capability that was never realized.

It shouldn't be just hanging there: I managed to figure out that the bracket it's attached to fits nicely under the top left plastic screw that holds the DME / KLR bracket, leaving this non-functional block properly orientated for future diagnostic equipment easy plugin.

Never understood why simple Eastern European / Turkish coffee isn't more popular in N America; so much simpler to make, no special machines needed, and imho far more tasty

the plug (not sure about the pin location) looks like the cruise control computer connector.

For sure.. pretty close! My car didn't come with cruise control . Even if I got all the pieces, I don't know if I have the connector and wiring
