That website will come in very handy. You can plug in your known wheel and see what happens when you change the ET and width.
I would avoid the 285/30/18s. Not many options for tires. Consider 295/30/18's in the back and 255s or 265's in front. A 235 is to small for big back tires.
Appreciate the thoughts. Others have mentioned I may want a wider front, but I'm not sure how big of an issue it would be off the track. I'm leaning more towards getting a different rim/tire setup for the track and 255's have been a good suggestion. Given they're 25" overall should work as long as I still have enough outside fender clearance, but with the ET55 could be a little tight on the HRE's.
