Well, you were right! I was looking for a connection that went the the B plug connector in the dash, but it was grouped in with the heating controls, and had been tucked along the groove below the heating control connectors. I was thinking it had been completely removed because the actual trip reset button in the cluster dash trim was completely removed as well. Thanks for the tip!
