friggin 3...ever since i got the car i've been in danger of losing my license with one more ticket...you get it taken away if you get 2 before you are 18 and if you get 3 in a year its gone too. Got one when i was 17, then another one 10 days after my bday and another a year after the first ticket, so i'm screwed with another ticket.

Oh, forgot to mention, I did have one close call. Was going about 75 in a 55 on a backroad when a cop crests the hill. I'm still accelerating, too. He just gives me a thumbsup or a wave as I kept going!

On the bike I was pulled over twice, and once assessed a ticket with three charges. I went to court over the matter and had two of the three charges dropped, with the third changed to no more than the assesment of a point and court fees.
I get followed home on a weekly basis from campus by a particular cop who has a grudge against me. He once ticketed me for something absurd, and thus I took him before a magistrate. He contradicted himself multiple times and thus the magistrate had the charges dropped. He looked quite the fool, which he was. Given his continued harassment I take great pleasure in driving home through 50 and 45 zones at 15MPH when he decides to coincidentally drive to my house at the same time![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
Don't let a--holes take you for a ride just because they feel like it. Use the system to your advantage and put _them_ on the bloody stand. Know your rights. Exercise them at every opportunity.
Drive safe,

Hey, You asked. This retard was stomping on the gas of j=his rusted chrysler then locking up the brakes. I have serious road rage issues, hence I don't carry my hangun anymore, Got pissed. Instead of turning off I passed the bastard, slowed over some RR tracks stopped in front of him and got to Kick His A$$. A cop came over the tracks at that time the other guy jetted and I went to jail.

Zero tickets, two close calls.
The first was back in high school, while driving my dad's first 911. I wasn't flying, but definately driving fast enough to get pulled over. I saw the speed trap about the same time he saw me. That radar gun was lifted and pointed at me, but I'm guessing that the car going the other direction got in his way, and by the time he was able to reclock me I had already slowed down.
The second time was when I was driving up to Vermont shortly after I bought the 944. It was on those two-lane back roads and I was stuck behind a car that would just plod along. Every time I tried to pass him in a passing zone, he'd speed up and block me in. Eventually, I hung back and when I saw the next long, empty passing zone I built up some speed behind him and sling-shotted around him right as I caught up. I caught him sleeping (I was at about 80 to his 50 in a 55 zone) and there was no way he could block me in. Of course, we drove by a speed trap right as I was passing him. I don't know why I didn't get pulled over... Either the cop didn't see me, didn't care, or figured he'd let me go because I was passing someone.
That said, I've only ever had two tickets in any car, one of which was dropped in court.
BB.
