Default Rough Cold Idle

Got an 85.5 NA with a cold idle problem. Car only has 54K, has recently (3 months ago) had all belts and motor mounts replaced, and the belts have been retensioned at the proper interval. When the car is cold, it idles rough, but only for a short time (a couple of minutes) until the engine warms some. Then it runs smooth. There aren't any obvious vacuum leaks. Anyone have any ideas on a fix?

Has it always done this or did it start doing this after one of the maintenance items?

I bought the car with 47K, and did all the maintenance items. Tune up, several seals (oil cooler, clutch slave cylinder), belts, motor mounts, water pump. Plus tune up, wires and cap, fuel pump, brakes, tires, shocks, wiper motor, etc, etc. It ran rough when I got it, but it had been stored poorly for 3 years before I got it (sat outside under a car cover). Now, finally, everthing works. Let me tell you, letting a car sit that long does a lot of damage. But I still have this cold idle problem.
