Funny thing is we have a plant in Manchester. Anyway, in the states our training and education plans are for soft skills type of training and development such as advanced Access, leadership, six sigma, lean manufacturing, silly stuff like that. In Manchester, I just sent over basic english, reading, writing, grammar, in CBT format. They can't get enough of it. Ironically I've come to find out that this is pretty common there and literacy is not necessarily widespread. But hey, you invented the language.
