I was planning on staying with George, but since Becki went to the troubleof cleaning up I suppose I should grace you with my presence. It looks like James is going to pick me up at the airport on Saturday morning. I should be there about 9:00 (sorry guys the 520 flight means I was up at like 345 and that is just too damn early!!).

After we work on the cars I think it would be awesome to hit the NFL experience. How often is it in town?

I'll PM directions to everybody, as Keith and James haven't been to my house yet.

We could get the fuel lines done, char some meat, then hit the NFL gig.

Cool! Sounds like a relative lack of dirty work won't hold back the Greaseslingers.

I'll be up for something. And if you guys want to come by and see my car and help do a few things, we could do that after working on Brian's car. Or, if it doesn't get done, my feelings won't be hurt. I should be home shortly after Matt gets into town too IIRC.

Matt, you're welcome to stay with us, but if you stay with Brian and Becki, our feelings won't be hurt. So, you can crash wherever. My upstairs game room is a disaster (sort of like an elephant grave yard), but the guest room will be ready.

PM's are out, so directions are in your inbox.

I told Matt I have been trying to get these lines done, but I've been to 26 ships already this year. I have had NO freetime. I worked 34 hours between Tuesday and Wednesday alone. Getting home at 1:30 in the morning doesn't leave a lot of time to do much else.

I told Greg you guys may be over. He came over a couple weekends ago, when Kevin and George and a couple other guys were there. He came by last night to tell me he's moving. He's on the outs with his roommates, and he's getting an apartment. We're kinda bummed (Becki and I), because we like Greg. I'm going to try to keep including him as I go along. He's a decent guy. BTW, his miata is giving him fits. I think he's at the point lemon-law paperwork is his only recourse. It's too bad.

Keith, whenever y'all want to arrive is fine. Last time I was in the garage and working by 7AM, and George was the first to show up, sometime right after noon. I figure the earlier I finish these fuel lines, the earlier we all can move on to other fun stuff. Like burgers and NFL stuff. Not to mention George's car, or whatever else we set our sights on.

I'll have Bass Ale, Guinness, Coors Light, Coke, bottled water of course, and whatever else you want, just let me know if you want anything specific. George drinks diet something, but I forget now what it was.

I'm going to try and get by the Infiniti dealer Saturday morning to test drive a G35. After that I'll be over. If I arrive with a really big grin on my face you'll know that I'm several grand in the hole!

Default Light Bock - oxymoron

George?

Or were you being facetious. I'm thinking maybe so.

Ya'll do know that Shiner is only 9 miles from Yoakum and just 7 miles from the farm. Nice twisty roads out there too! Once we get everything set up we'll have to have everyone over for a beer run!

Oh yes, it's my new beer of choice. Well, I still love regular Shiner Bock best, but with my girlie figure, I am trying to stay away from it.

Oh my. That's a dangerous thing to announce.

And the best part is that you can buy Shiner Bock in Shiner for $1.25 a bottle - none of that premium stuff there! I suggest Home Plate Dinner just down the street from the brewery - huge steak and a Shiner Bock sure sounds good!

That paragraph will be considered a seed for a future road trip. We shall commence hammering out schedules on Saturday. Bring your notebooks.

mmmm steak....

Did I see a mention of twisty roads somewhere?
