No he broke 200 mph on a public highway up north in the US. He posted the video on the internet. The cops got the video, got him and prosecuted him for wreckless endangerment, wreckless driving and etc. I guess it is not too hard to find people that own F40s. There was road signs and etc. visible on the video so it was pretty easy to find out exactly where he was.

That's amazing! Hard to believe that a decent attorney couldn't get him out of that one... In any event, I think what pissed some of the Rennlisters off about the 205mph TT video was the WAY the guy posted it- he almost seemed to be bragging about not wearing a seatbelt, driving w/one hand while filming w/the other, no rollbar, etc... He does have a rather strange way of putting it out there...
