It is true that they offer them, but are out of stock. Nobody seems to have any physical stock. I have gotten delivery quotes of 1-2 weeks. The engine is disassembled and pistons were ready for new rings/balancing when I discovered the rings in hand are the wrong ones. Fiddle-sticks!!

Gentleman,
There a very serious problem. First of all, thank you for the suggestions. Secondly, all of a sudden 924 rings are hard-to-find!!! I checked everybody. As of this writing, the prices ranged all over the place from $79.95 to $129.95. I remeber the first set of rings I bought for a 924 engine re-ring was $40. Last year when I bought another set it was $60. Now it's $130 and nobody has any in stock. I finally tracked down Deves in El Segundo, CA and ordered direct from the manufacturer. The list was $130 (I paid wholesale), shipped same day.

Another neat thing I became of aware of is Total Seal piston rings. The overlap design eliminates any gases escaping through the ring gap. Increased hp, torque and economy. Pricey at $138 for set of top rings alone.

OK, catching up here now... I have a set of Total Seal rings on hand, but they're going in my racecar. Methinks you need better parts sources - talk to EBS Racing (www.ebsracing.com), they should be able to hook you up...
