3M Product for Fiberglass Wing ?
Does anyone know if I can use the 3M 5200 Marine Adhesive Sealant to install my spoiler trim pieces or do I need to use one of their other products? I see on their web sight some Duramax products that look appropriate for use, but probably difficult to locate nearby. I already have the 5200 stuff, so I would like to know if this will work. Thanks!

Hey David;
The dearth of answers tells me no one has any idea what you are talking about, me included. But I'll bite...

David, I have used up quite a few cases of 3M 5200 building boats. While it is a sealant/adhesive, let me tell you its adhesive properties are more like epoxy glue. Once it cures off you are not going to be able to break the bond without destroying everything else it is glued to. So if you apply make sure you NEVER need to take things apart in the future.
I experimented with scraps from a teak deck I did. The 5200 glue line didn't break, the teak did. Teak is a pretty sturdy wood and has tons of oil which makes it hard for adhesives to hang onto. Well, that didn't pose any problems whatsoever to 5200.
