the only times I have experienced exploded/'blown at the seam' mufflers is when there was an excessive fueling problem

Some of the links are down... here's mine with 2.5in glasspack/resonator where the cat was and a borla xr-1. I forgot the size but it was the smaller of the two. Next attempt I'll be going larger muffler.
