Hershey sucked this year!
I haven't been there in about 3 years because it always fell on the same weekend as my race. The parking fee was outrageous! $25! I remember like $12 the last time. Everything in the aisles was overpriced junk. I didn't see anything. What a waste of time. At least the weather was nice, although a touch cold and windy. I only ran into a couple of people I knew. Didn't see any real cool Porsches like a Carrera GT, 904, or a 918, just the usual Boxsters and 911's. Serious disappointment for driving 200 miles.
What a zoo that Hershey area is too. It was annoying me. All those stupid tourists. I couldn't wait to get out of there. Considering the cost and the distance to drive, I don't think I'll be going back for another 3 or 4 years. Or ever!

Perfect weather this year and a great time at Hershey 2018. We had about 20 968s there. I saw some great 944/924s too. Tons of parts. Looked like over 1000 Porsches this year. There is nothing like a great weather day to get out the crowd.

One of the cars I had to take a picture of was your 968. Like you said they were represented well, there was an amazon green in the parking lot with a magenta interior and sport seats!

That's Russell's 968. Amazing 1 of 1. If the color combo wasn't enough it is also a rare M030 car!

Hershey was OK this year. But, its becoming more and more a cliche every year for me. Economically, its often not worth the trip when you factor in interstate tolls and Hershey parking fees, not to mention fuel. I spent $10 on one item this year. But it is a chance at an OPPORTUNITY to find something you need or want to purchase to make the trip worthwhile. I am not sure how committed the event coordinators are to holding it at this Hershey venue; I don't think even Carlisle charges $25 to enter in what is arguably a better facility.
I guess I'll keep going though, because that's all there is. LOL
