Default It's official, I'm off to Atlanta

Hey folks.... thought I would give you all an update on my search for a job. I got the offer I had been waiting for last night, and everything is set for my arrival into Atlanta.

I start there late next week, so I'm movin' real soon. Us Ohio guys need to figure out when to have a short GTG/Beer before I skip town.

Thanks a lot for thinking about me, I am sure the thoughts helped me get this. For you who are still without work, hang in there, something will come along for you. Just gotta wait for the right time.

Happy New Year, and all my best to you.

Now that you are moving south you need to learn to add ya'll into your speak, and pick up things like drinking sweet tea.....

well at least those are the two things I have picked up in my 6 years on the south....

Good luck with the move

Hate to see ya go, but good luck in Atlanta. Clear Channel lost a good one, Willie's show hasn't been the same since you left.
Name the place and time and I'm up for a brewski or three before you go.

You are still coming to the '04 Fest, right?

Gawd, Perry! What a way to start the new year.
I can't say enough good things about Atlanta. Great weather, friendly people, pretty women, pretty women, pretty women... You get the idea.

When I lived in Louisville a friend moved to Atlanta and I used to drive down periodically. Great social environment, lots going on, major partying in the Buckhead area. Man, you're going to luv it.

Happy New Year!

Well.. I will be working and living in Buckhead, so I could not have picked a better area. I have met a few people there already, and have a date for Friday night too.. and I don't even live there yet! I was pretty down when I got let go from Cincinnati. I loved my work, but I was never really fond of the city itself. Hopefully Atlanta will be more my style, and it is already from what I have seen.

Sometimes life's road is a little choppy, sometimes it is smooth as silk, but it is always one heck of a road trip.

The only drawback to ATL in Buckhead. The bars will close at 2am effective TONIGHT! What part of Atlanta are you moving? Every section of Atlanta has it's own party spot.

Oh, and Pete, I would not miss it for the world. I hope I get another good parking spot this year.. but I think Andy's car is gonna have to take the limelight this time. One notice to all who attend, if you break down on the cruise... Pete, Andy, and myself all have free passes, we don't have to stop and help. (but I expect someone to help the poor SOB that busts a hose)

That too... we went on that run as well. We get 2 free passes... perhaps I'll use one to show Dan how to do real burnouts in his Mopar.

I'm going to get my car this weekend from Illinois- and Wade should be back this Saturday.

Perry- I'll still have a 10mm wrench handy on the road if you ever need one. again. anytime.

Lets figure out a time, a place and "let the games begin!!"
