Congrats Perry
Two places to hang out.
One is an English Pub across from Bedford Pine park. Be damned if I can remember the name or find a link. Great beer, decent food, nice patio, and the people that work there are great. Go down Peachtree (Get used to hearing that) to Northern Ave head south like two blocks, to where the CVS is (or other big pharmacy) and turn right to the park, you can't miss it.
The other is a club/bar called The Masquerade, not far from said Pub, down Northern Ave http://www.masq.com/ Real rocking place.
Have fun.

I work in Buckhead, off Peachtree, and have a home behind the ESPN Zone down the street. For now, things will be pretty hectic, so I thought I would stay close. I got lucky, since I had no idea what part of Atlanta I was in until after I signed the lease.
I'm sure the Ohio traditions will extend down there, these guys taught me well.
Chris, that blasted bolt broke on me again, about a week before I parked it. You have a free pass as well... how could I forget? Without that wrench, it would have been 2nd gear for another 120 miles. Not fun!

Very nice, to hear that another turbo is joining in our midst. I live dead in the middle of Atlanta on north ave, it's is a great city. It has its flaws like any other place but all together it is a great place.
When are you arriving? I'll take you out for a beer, and a look at that turbo of yours.
About the date, it's all to easy to get dates with Buckhead girls. Just don't forget your mastercard, they can be a little mmmm costly.

When you are ready for a 'real' mountain drive let us know
I am going to be going about once every two weeks at least. (I'm addicted, I know.)
Anyway - glad you're here...!!

Congrats on the new job!
Clear Channel let go of a bunch of on air staff here 2 weeks before Christmas. One of the shows they killed did a "Santa Letter" thing every year, and they had just started it this year and then gone.
Glad to hear you found a deal quickly. If you are ever in Houston, drop us a line.

Glad to hear your luck's picking up and you're headed this way. I certainly hope it's more your kind of town ~ because if it's not it's a REAL drag (I hate this place.... realized it all over again this past week as I came back from skiing in Montana). Just as Brad offered mountain drives, I'll be More than happy to tow you arround up there on a bike, or in a car. I know most of the good roads by heart. Can't help with in-town things to do though... I'm a bore.

Well Brian, it looks like you're getting closer to my area- at least an hour I'd say- I've been through Cinci a few times, but it's been a few years- before I knew you... I am only ~3.5hrs away from Atlanta though- have made it in less than 2, but, that wont happen very often- it's just >200 miles to where you will be- I've been through there a few times... Maybe we can meet up eventually- IF I CAN EVER GET BACK INTO MY FU**ING CAR AGAIN THAT IS.... Yes, I'm STILL pissed... It happened right before I left for work today... (see my post...)... Anyway, glad to hear things have picked up for you...
