Your probably going to get The standard "Rice" flaming on this one, so be forewarned. I say to each his own though. What media are you going to use? If you just print it out on paper it won't look that good IMO. I'm not much for white gauge faces though either. But it all depends on personal taste. Good luck at getting the look your going for though.

It's a good thing that you made the speedo with the ability to reach your top speed of 157!

Speaking of gauges my '84 944 has black gauges with yellow numbers. Seems most have white numbers. Is there any difference?

Jeeper the ones with the yellow #'s are the ones that reach a top speed in excess of 150mph

Actually, there is a place that makes gauge faces for the early (as well as late) 944. I have the URL at home on my old computer.

That said, I don't think they look ricey at all and I'm pretty anti-rice. They look pretty clean and tasteful IMHO. I don't care for white gauges, but that's just me. I suppose I'll have to post my new gauge face for my tach in my race car when I get home.

Too many digits on the trip odometer, right?

Mine has 3 digits plus 1 digit for 1/10's of a mile.

And too many digits on the odometer, right?

Mine only has 5 digits.
