Default Carbon Fiber RS door cards done. Mostly.

Here is the end result for all intents and purposes. I'm happy with the way it looks. It was a bit more work than I expected getting the pull to function properly.

That looks great!

When do you go into production?

Honestly its about a 4-6 hour project. Could be done in a day. The hardest part was figuring out where to put the holes. There is a template for a 911. Nothing for this. I suppose I could make a template of what I have done, it's the same left/right.

This is great, I've been thinking about doing something similar. Have any pictures of the process?

I can get them. Not hugely complicated just getting the door handle and pull in the right spot we're tricky. I'm sure guy's who deal with stuff like this every day have a good system. I had to adapt.

They look really good! Have you driven with them yet? How is the road noise compared to oem? Also do you mind sharing your source for the panels, pulls & pull boots? Thanks and keep up the good work.

I replied to your PM, I need to take it apart and change a thing, I'll get pics when I'm in there. There isn't any real magic behind the curtain, just the factory parts bastardized, maybe a nail welded in here or there....

Great job! I was thinking on doing something like this. I have a pair of rare door panels with the Porsche script but the bottom of the door cards are slightly damaged. I'm intersected in the details as well.
